What if an item arrives defective or broken?
Please send photos to theholtonhomestead@yahoo.com of the package, item, and explain what is wrong with the item upon arrival. These rare instances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We have great luck with our packages, but occasionally, things happen and items can be damaged during the shipping process.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to Ankeny, Elkhart, Huxley, Polk City, Bondurant, & Altoona. Just select ‘delivery’ at the top of the shop if you are located in these areas. Delivery cost is only $3. Your order will be delivered within one week unless you are notified otherwise.
Where are you located?
Our small farm store is located on our farm in Elkhart, Iowa. 13779 NE 29th Street. Our kitchen and classroom are located at 265 Garfield Ave, Elkhart. This location does not have regular hours open to the public.
