Terms & Conditions
For all "Pick Up" options, both at our Homestead and other locations around the metro, You will be notified when orders are ready for pick up. For pick up at our Homestead, orders are usually filled within 24hrs. All other locations have specified dates. Please pick up your order within 48 hours. If you are unable to do so, please let us know. All orders not picked up within 30 days are considered abandoned, unless discussed prior to the 30 day mark. These abandoned orders will be restocked or disposed of without a refund.
HOMESTEAD BOXES: If you order a Homestead Box, they are available for pick up Wednesdays from 4-7pm. We can only guarantee the freshness of that box if you pick up on the day it is ready. If you are unable to pick up on Wednesday please let us know and we can schedule an appointment for pick up. If order is not picked up after one week, they will be disposed of, as these are fresh produce products that are time sensitive.
Subscriptions: you are responsible for changing or canceling any subscriptions you sign up for with The Holton Homestead.
Shipping orders: We ship on Tuesday & Thursdays.
Although we package every item with the most care possible- sometimes things happen. We can not refund, exchange, or replace perishable items that you choose to have shipped if they are lost or damaged. This includes, but is not limited to Elderberries, Elderberry Tonic, & Elderberry Bracer.
Non- perishable items can be replaced, if broken or lost. If you have a broken non-perishable item please send us photos so we can make an insurance claim and replace your item.
We are not responsible for stolen packages after successful delivery or if customer provides incorrect shipping address.
We do not offer refunds, but can replace your item if it is defective.
Delivery Orders: We do not ring the doorbell, we simply drop and go. Please make sure accurate address is provided for our delivery drivers. If you know you have a difficult address, please add notes in your order.
