Food preservation is such an important life skill! I understand that it can be intimidating, and I am here to help make it easy!
This food preservation class will mainly focus on canning, both water bath and pressure, but will also touch on freezing and dehydrating.
This will be a great class for the back yard gardener. I will teach you the real things that I do every season, with common fruits and vegetables. Don't ever let your food go to waste again.
You will get a hand out with all class info on it and leave with 2 preserved foods done in class.
