Easy Honey Muffins

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 1/2 cups buttermilk baking mix

Instructions:

Combine honey, milk and eggs. Mix well. Add baking mixture and stir until moist. Portion into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400* for 18-20 min or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
