Blueberry and Ginger Shrub

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of wild blueberries, fresh
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup of Holton Homestead Wildflower Honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh grated ginger

NOTE: YOU CAN ALSO USE OUR GINGER INFUSED HONEY

Instructions:

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until liquefied (about 1 min) Pour into a glass jar and place into the fridge for 1-2 days before serving. Over time the vinegar flavor will lesson. Use about 1-2 tablespoons with a cup of soda water over ice and enjoy. You can always add clear alcohol to it.(Vodka, Gin, or even Tequila.)
