Hot Honey, Bacon & Parm Brussels Sprouts


  • 4 strips Bacon
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2-4 Tbsp Holton Hot Honey

INSTRUCTIONS: In a CAST iron skillet, cook bacon over medium heat. Once cooked to desired crispiness, remove bacon from the pan but save the rendered fat. Add halved brussels sprouts and cook in the bacon fat over medium heat until tender. Remove from pan, drizzle Holton Hot Honey and toss in a bowl with crumbled bacon bits. Finish with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
